About the Role

As an Intern Product Design at Innovaccer, you will collaborate with designers and product managers to support the creation of simple, functional designs that align with our design system and established guidelines. You’ll develop your design skills in a fast-paced environment, learning from senior designers while working on real-world projects. Your primary focus will be to apply existing research and foundational insights to deliver user-centered solutions without directly engaging with users. This role is perfect for someone early in their career or still in school, eager to gain hands-on experience in product design.

A Day in the Life

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using our design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Work with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of your designs and smooth hand-offs.
• Apply existing foundational research to inform your design decisions and ensure the product aligns with user needs.
• Receive feedback from senior designers and product managers, iterating on your designs to improve outcomes.
• Learn and follow established visual and UX patterns to create intuitive, cohesive
  experiences.
• Develop skills in information architecture, multi-step workflows, and cross-platform design, working within Innovaccer’s design principles.

 What You Need

• A portfolio showcasing your product design projects and skills.
• A passion for interaction design and a strong attention to detail.
• Solid visual design skills, with a focus on maintaining consistency using a design system.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment
