You’ll create programs that support the physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being of our residents — all while staying aligned with our Live Well. Be Well. mission. Key Responsibilities: * Develop, organize, and lead activity programs that inspire joy, purpose, and connection. * Tailor events and programs to residents’ individual interests, abilities, and care plans. * Create an environment of warmth, dignity, and belonging for residents and families. * Coordinate special events, intergenerational programs, volunteer initiatives, and community service projects. * Partner with leadership and care teams to integrate activities into overall resident wellness. * Oversee scheduling, supplies, and administrative needs to keep the activity department running smoothly. * Drive residents to and from outings and appointments as needed. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for a compassionate, energetic leader who’s ready to make a difference. Qualifications: * Passion for working with older adults and creating meaningful, enriching experiences. * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to collaborate across teams and build positive relationships with residents and families. * Must be able to move freely throughout the community and occasionally assist residents with mobility. * Valid driver’s license required. * Previous experience in activity programming is preferred but not required — we’ll train the right person with heart and creativity.
