Job Description

Position Title: Administrative & Data Analytics Assistant Intern

Location: Hybrid (Onsite in Allen, TX)

Compensation: Unpaid/College Credit

Duration: August - December 2026

Hours: 20 Hours Per Week Minimum

WHAT DO WE DO?:

Raising revenue at our partnered universities through corporate sponsorships, ticket sales, and NIL solutions is our bread and butter. We are tasked with managing these three sources of revenue by creating outbound relationships with local business and corporate partners to give them unique advertising opportunities to sell their brand, give fans the best experience possible with our group & season ticket packages, and giving student athletes the best opportunities for their future through unique NIL solutions.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Data Analytics Assistant Intern to assist in managing and analyzing data, organizing databases, and improving data workflows. In this role, you will work closely with our data team to maintain and enhance our data processes, utilizing tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and various database management systems. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of data structure, and a passion for creating efficient, streamlined systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in data collection, entry, and cleaning for various projects.
  • Organize and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform data analysis using Google Sheets, Excel, and other analytical tools.
  • Support the development of automated reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for data process improvements.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining detailed documentation of data management procedures.
  • Help with data validation and ensure proper data governance and organization.
  • Participate in team meetings, providing insights and feedback on ongoing projects.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelors degree or recent graduate
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and/or other spreadsheet tools.
  • Familiarity with database organization and data management practices.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and generate reports with attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
