**Job Title: Aircraft Mechanic** **Job Description** Join our team as an Aircraft Mechanic, focusing on CRJ 700 and 900 aircraft. You will be an integral part of a team conducting heavy maintenance, including C and D checks, and interior modifications. This long-term opportunity involves working on various CRJ and ERJ models, ensuring top-tier maintenance without outsourcing to third-party MROs. **Responsibilities** + Perform heavy maintenance tasks such as C and D checks on CRJ and ERJ aircraft. + Conduct interior modifications on CRJ 700 to adjust seating arrangements. + Execute necessary modifications while aircraft are in the hangar for heavy checks. + Engage in day-to-day maintenance and modifications on aircraft. + Work in specialized areas such as the engine shop or Cosmo shop, focusing on sheet metal and composite repairs. + Support the Starlink installation project for the entire GoJet fleet. **Essential Skills** + A&P license preferred. + Experience with CRJ 700 and 900 aircraft. + Background in engine troubleshooting, blade swaps, and component changes. + Familiarity with Part 121 and/or MRO experience. + Proficiency in aircraft maintenance, heavy maintenance, and repair. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with any CRJ or ERJ aircraft preferred. + Sheet metal and/or composite experience preferred. + Ability to read blueprints and operate tablets for accessing drawings. **Why Work Here?** Upon direct hire, enjoy numerous benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, and flight benefits. Choose between a 4x10 or 3x12 schedule. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Bridgeton, MO. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
