We're looking for an ASSISTANT PARTS MANAGER to join our team at FRIENDSHIP CHEVY/GMC of FOREST CITY.
Our ideal candidates are reliable and independent team players.
What You'll Do:
* Assist customers, both in person and on the phone
* Accurately price parts and accessories
* Manage and maintain a balanced inventory
* Track and report expenses
* Work with Service Department to fulfill purchase and repair orders
* Maintain knowledge of manufacturer warranty, policy, and return procedures
Qualification Checklist:
* Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
* Ability to work well in a process driven environment
* Detail oriented and organized
* Excellent communication skills
* Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
