As we undergo significant transformation following several strategic acquisitions, we need someone who can make complex topics simple, intuitive, and engaging. You'll play a critical role in ensuring employees are informed, aligned with our vision, and motivated to become ambassadors for Zinnia. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker passionate about change management, adept at delivering clear and impactful messaging, and a creative problem solver who continuously explores new ways to engage employees.
