Job Description

Looking to hire four (4) Banquet Servers to work an event in Huntsville, Tuesday / AUGUST 19, 2025 , from 8am-2pm. The pay is $14 per hour. The attire is ALL black (oxford shirt, dress slacks (no jeans or sagging pants), socks, comfortable shoes - no crocs, sandals, boots, etc.)

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service during their events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with event guidelines and company standards.
- Effectively communicate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas throughout events.
- Assist with the plating and presentation of food items as needed.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring satisfaction throughout the event.
- Break down and clean up banquet rooms after events, ensuring all items are stored properly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Attend pre-event briefings and training sessions to stay informed about event details and service expectations.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server in a banquet or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 30 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Food Handler’s Card or TIPS certification is a plus.
