As a Barista , you’ll be at the center of our operations, crafting delicious beverages and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. Your role will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and other menu items with care and precision.
- Providing exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café, including workstations and equipment.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with team members to create a welcoming and efficient environment.
We’re seeking a Barista with:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or a related customer service position.
- A passion for coffee and a desire to share that enthusiasm with others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and teammates.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality and consistency.
