What You'll Be Doing:

As a Barista at Trianon Coffee, you’ll be the face of our shop, crafting exceptional coffee beverages and ensuring every customer feels right at home. Here’s a glimpse of your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with precision and care.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is in top condition.
• Assist with restocking supplies and inventory management as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and efficient work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a Barista who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the table. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of barista experience or similar experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
• A passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about the craft.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build connections with customers and teammates.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
