Job Description

Good Grounds is a growing coffee business that is looking for someone who wants to grow with us! If you have a love for coffee and people we are interested in talking with you.

• Making drinks and serving customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Prepare food.
• Opening and/or closing duties.
• Restocking supplies.
• Unloading orders.
• Cleaning and other duties.

Requirements:

• Prefer at least ONE YEAR of barista experience.
• The candidate needs to be willing to work both in our brick-and-mortar location in Adair Village and our Mobile Coffee Shop.
• Looking for someone reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, up beat personality, team player and can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available on weekdays and some weekends.
• Will need to have or obtain a food handlers card.

Additional Information: 

• Pay listed is a base amount and does not include tips.
• Position is approx 20-25 hours per week with both opening and closing shifts.
