**Key Responsibilities:**
* Draft and manage **Personal Injury legal documentation** and client records
* Schedule attorney meetings, client follow-ups, and case-related appointments
* Communicate fluently in **Spanish and English** with Personal Injury clients
* Track **case timelines, medical records, treatment updates, and legal documentation**
* Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance while supporting attorneys
* Collaborate with legal and administrative teams for efficient case progression
**Tools You’ll Use:**
Google Workspace, Trello, Zoom, CRM platforms
**What We’re Looking For:**
* Bilingual in Spanish & English (written and spoken)
* Prior experience in **Personal Injury law** strongly preferred
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and multitasking ability
* Confidence using tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Zoom, and CRMs
