We're seeking a talented BCBA to provide exceptional care and clinical oversight in a dynamic setting. You'll be part of an innovative team known for its commitment to collaboration and high-quality ABA therapy.
What You'll Be Doing:
Empower Children: Establish and manage exceptional ABA services to improve children's cognitive, social, and self-help skills.
Develop Tailored Plans: Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that align with each child's unique needs.
Drive Clinical Excellence: Analyze client progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure the highest standards of care.
Lead and Mentor: Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians, fostering their professional growth.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with BACB standards and insurance requirements.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with caregivers and service providers to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
Support Team Development: Provide constructive feedback and training to support staff development.
Contribute to Clinic Growth: Assist in clinic oversight and program development initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and LBA in good standing.
Ability to qualify for Supervisor status under the BACB.
Ability to meet credentialing requirements with designated insurance carriers.
A valid driver's license and current car insurance.
CPR/BLS certification.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.
A willingness to collaborate, lead, and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Ability to reliably commute to Sugar Land, TX 77478, or willingness to relocate with employer-provided assistance.
