In our Client Service role, you will be required to always represent our company in a professional manner in presentation and action. This is a full-time position requiring one on one with our clients and is NOT a remote position.

What will you do in this role?

As a Client Service Associate on the Operations Team, you will:

• Use script and/or probing techniques to determine customer needs.
• Ensure service delivered to our customers meets our goals!
• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.

Who You Are:

• As a Client Service Associate your empathy, integrity, knowledge and unique style will bring value with every interaction. You also have:

• A minimum of six months of customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
• Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly.
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
• Dependable with proficient attention to detail
• Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner.
• Be able to lift and bend.
• Background check is required, and drug screen may be required.
