As a Budtender, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in finding the right products based on their needs and preferences.
- Educating customers on the benefits, uses, and proper handling of cannabis products.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including restocking shelves and managing inventory.
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and compliance regulations.
- Handling transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in the cannabis industry or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members.
- A passion for educating others and a customer-first mindset.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and their effects is highly preferred.
