Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hands-on building construction, with expertise in all aspects of building construction from wood and steel framing, to interior and exterior remodeling. As a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of construction crews on-site.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
Read and interpret blueprints and plans.
Train crew members and monitor work performance.
Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Inspect work to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
Address issues and resolve on-site challenges promptly.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of all phases of construction including framing, remodeling, and site equipment operation
Ability to read and interpret construction documents
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
OSHA certification (preferred)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $38.00 per hour
