BizTek People is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business System Analyst (Loan IQ) to join our client's team in NY, NY!

Job Description

Summary:

This assignment is part of a project to convert systems from ACBS to Loan IQ.

Tasks:

Communicate with the internal Treasury group to understand system usage, data flows, and the impact of the transition from ACBS to Loan IQ
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather departmental requirements related to Loan IQ and identify potential conflicts
Analyze interface functions between Loan IQ and other systems, particularly OBS and Pegasys+
Participate in internal and external workshops to collect relevant information
Provide project updates to Treasury management and assist in decision-making
Support ongoing Treasury operations as needed

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of the Loan IQ system, with 2–5 years of hands-on experience
Familiarity with Treasury business functions, with 7–10 years of project or task experience in financial institutions (preferably within a bank’s Treasury function)
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with third-party vendors (e.g., Finastra)
Ability to clearly explain project developments to Treasury team members and leadership

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or higher
