• Technical Experience:
• - You should have a strong working knowledge of SQL, including queries, stored procedures, joins, indexing, and performance tuning.
• - Experience with Crystal Reports is also necessary.
• - Well-developed skills in implementation and troubleshooting are important, along with the ability to analyze details while synthesizing the broader context.
• - You need to relate product functionality to business processes to provide insightful implementation advice to customers regarding their various business needs.
• - The ability to read and interpret software log and trace files and take action based on findings to determine problem resolution is essential.
• - Understanding business process flow and being able to conduct functional testing as per business requirements, using suitable test scripts, is needed.
• - Familiarity with external data integration services for loading data into Oracle Fusion Applications from legacy systems and third-party applications is desirable.
• - Knowledge of localizations will be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain operational and financial reports using SAP Crystal Reports and Microsoft Power BI.
• You will develop and manage interactive dashboards and visualizations for various business units, translating business requirements into technical report specifications.
• You'll create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models for reporting purposes, ensuring integration and extraction of data from Oracle Cloud Fusion Analytics while maintaining data accuracy and reliability.
• Collaboration with stakeholders will be key, as you will gather, clarify, and document reporting requirements.
• You will analyze data trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction while providing user support, troubleshooting, and training related to reporting tools and dashboards.
• You will work with IT and application teams to maintain data connectivity between Oracle Fusion and other internal systems, ensuring performance optimization and security standards for all reporting environments.
• Participation in the design and implementation of data warehouse or business intelligence initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities.
• Finally, you will maintain an inventory of reports and dashboards, document data definitions, reporting logic, and process workflows while ensuring compliance with data governance and company information management standards.
