Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst who is excited to contribute to meaningful, high-impact data initiatives within a growing global SaaS environment. You ll design dashboards, support operational processes, and lead strategic analytics projects that directly influence business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
  • Extract, transform, and organize data from various systems into reliable datasets.
  • Build accurate, intuitive, and interactive dashboards for business performance insights.
  • Conduct data integrity and functionality audits across data sources and reporting tools.
  • Support operations teams in enhancing data collection and organization strategies.
  • Develop and maintain reporting in platforms such as Salesforce and NetSuite.
  • Proactively propose new dashboards, KPIs, and analytical approaches.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic business needs.
  • Assist with transitions to new analytical tools and platforms as needed.
  • Participate in data-quality cleanup and optimization initiatives.
  • Create training documentation and support stakeholders in adopting new processes.
  • Continue developing your expertise in analytics tools, methods, and best practices.
  • Present analytical findings and improvement opportunities to business partners.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and propose scalable, sustainable solutions.
  • Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or a quantitative field.
  • 3 5 years of experience working with data modeling, analytics, and visualization.
  • Strong SQL proficiency.
  • Ability to learn business processes and systems quickly.
  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly Preferred: Salesforce experience.
  • Highly Preferred: Proficiency with Tableau, Domo, or a similar BI tool.
  • Preferred: Experience working with Snowflake and dbt.
