Description We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This contract-to-perm opportunity offers a chance to make a meaningful impact by enhancing our data analytics and reporting infrastructure. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, skilled in visualization tools, and committed to delivering actionable insights to internal teams and external clients. This is an onsite role in Jacksonville FL. Key Responsibilities + Technical Support: Provide daily support for both on-site and remote employees, resolving hardware/software issues and coordinating with third-party vendors for escalations. + Data Environment Management: Maintain and monitor the Power BI and Snowflake environments, ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and timely error resolution. + Dashboard Maintenance: Update and optimize existing Power BI dashboards and apps to meet evolving business needs, while troubleshooting reporting issues. + Report Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and build new dashboards, data models, and analytical tools aligned with strategic goals. + Visualization & Accessibility: Create intuitive, visually compelling reports for desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring clarity and ease of use. + User Training & Documentation: Educate users on new or updated reports, provide clear documentation, and assist with access or functionality issues. + Security & Access Control: Manage user permissions within Power BI, ensuring compliance with internal policies and data governance standards. + Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes for greater efficiency. + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support customer care initiatives by understanding client needs and partnering with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. + Compliance: Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements at both local and national levels.
