We are seeking a visionary, hands-on Chief Executive Officer to lead Paysera Bank Georgia through its next stage of growth. We are looking for a proven leader with deep financial sector expertise, strategic insight, and the ability to deliver results within a regulated banking environment.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead with vision – Develop and execute a strategic plan in line with the Supervisory Board’s direction;
  • Run daily operations – Ensure efficient, compliant, and client-focused banking services;
  • Drive compliance – Maintain full adherence to National Bank of Georgia and international banking standards;
  • Oversee financial performance – Manage budgets, profitability, and capital requirements;
  • Inspire leadership – Build and mentor a high-performing management team;
  • Foster relationships – Engage with regulators, shareholders, and key stakeholders;
  • Manage risk – Identify and mitigate operational and strategic risks.

What we're looking for:

  • Reputation & Integrity – No record of economic crimes; proven ethical leadership;
  • Education – Higher degree in economics, finance, banking, business administration, auditing, accounting, law, IT, or a relevant field;
  • Experience – At least 5 years of senior managerial experience in the financial sector;
  • Competencies – Strategic thinking, decisive leadership, negotiation, and governance expertise;
  • Independence – Able to make objective decisions without conflicts of interest;
  • Regulatory Compliance – Meets NBG limits on concurrent positions; eligible to be a Georgian tax resident within 7 months;
  • You’ve successfully led a commercial bank or major financial institution, delivering sustainable growth and navigating complex regulatory landscapes. You’re resilient, results-driven, and uphold the highest ethical standards.
