Were hiring a Chief of Staff to take ambiguous, high-leverage work and drive it to completion. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who moves fast, thinks clearly, and enjoys turning messy problems into working systems. Youll run ops and special projects end to end, support day-to-day execution, and manage the Executive Assistant.
Own and execute special projects from idea recommendation implementation
Build and improve internal systems, workflows, and automations
Research problems quickly and turn insights into action
Manage and direct the Executive Assistant
Identify gaps, fix whats broken, and make things run better without being asked
Strong technical or analytical foundation (engineering, CS, data, applied math, or similar)
Hands-on experience implementing tools and automations (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Airtable, Notion, new SaaS)
Clear examples of real work youve personally built or implemented
Curious, sharp, self-directed, and fast
Polished, confident, and easy to work with day to day
Background from a highly selective school or undeniable shipped work that demonstrates rigor and taste
