What we need:

Mohawk is looking to add a Color Blender Operator to our manufacturing team. This individual is responsible for performing and providing support functions for manufacturing as well as operating machinery, following established standard operating procedures and promotes, practices and supports safety.

What you’ll do:

• Operate various manufacturing lines
• Perform basic maintenance on lines to maximize manufacturing performance
• Perform lift truck operations
• Staging of production and finished goods
• Support shipping operating including weighing and labeling, packing and staging for shipment
• Attend all necessary job-related training

What you have:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Three to five years of experience

• This role operates in a manufacturing environment and must be able to meet certain physical requirements such as climbing steps, carrying heavy materials, operating a lift truck and more.
