Responsibilities - Perform the role of researching, writing, editing, implementing, and optimizing content on alfainsurance.com and other supported digital applications.
- Work with subject matter experts and legal team members to ensure content accurately describes our products and coverages and designed in a way the user can understand and the search engines can consume.
- Research topics and keywords to provide content that drives traffic to our corporate website, contributing to the design of the digital customer experience.
- Responsible for ensuring the content provided follows the guidelines for Alfa’s brand voice/tone while adhering to the defined approval process.
- Employ Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques to support organic search rankings.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Professional certifications that support the background for this position are highly desirable which include software development, business analysis, digital marketing, and design.
- Proven verbal and written skills.
- Above average analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated curiosity and a desire to improve and learn new things.
- A team player with a positive attitude and ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
