Our client is looking for a Contract Administrator to join their legal team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role offers the chance to work directly with the General Counsel, gain exposure to a wide range of corporate contracts, and play a key part in protecting the business as it grows.
What You’ll Do
Partner closely with the General Counsel on contract management and special legal projects.
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements (vendor, service, partnership, etc.) to ensure compliance and protect company interests.
Collaborate with finance, procurement, and operations to support business needs and streamline the contract process.
Advise internal teams on contractual obligations and compliance requirements.
Research regulations (especially healthcare-related) to keep contracts aligned with legal standards.
Maintain the contract database and track renewals, milestones, and deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree (JD or paralegal certification a plus, but not required).
Experience reviewing and negotiating contracts in a corporate or legal environment.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to balance business and legal priorities.
A proactive, independent mindset with the ability to work across teams.
Ability to commute to Manhattan Beach 3 days per week.
