- Contract Duration: 4 months
- Worksite Location: Remote
- Compensation: $67.00-$77.00 per hour
What you will do as an IT Engineer: - Develop and support technology solutions to advance commission-related business processes
- Lead ETL development efforts using IDMC, Informatica, SQL, vendor integrations, and data modeling
- Define, analyze, and review business, system, and technical requirements, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Collaborate closely with developers and business subject matter experts to design scalable solutions
- Build and maintain deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps and GIT
- Create thorough documentation to reduce long-term maintenance and support efforts
- Implement monitoring tools, logging practices, and test automation
- Apply best practices in software development including reusable code, automated integration, test-driven development, and configuration management
- Lead code reviews, perform unit testing, and support QA testing through paired programming and collaboration
What you will bring to the IT Engineer role: - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in ETL development, preferably in financial or commissions-related systems
- Expertise in writing advanced SQL queries for Oracle or SQL Server
- Experience with data integration tools such as Informatica and IDMC
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, resolve production issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Experience with cloud platforms, source control, and full-cycle application deployment
- Preferred: experience working with SAP’s Agent Performance Management (APM) system
