Como Ejecutivo de Servicio al Cliente bilingüe (remoto), tendrás un rol integral tanto en la atención directa al cliente como en el apoyo al equipo de servicio.
Serás una figura de referencia dentro del departamento, gestionando consultas y requerimientos de clientes importantes con eficiencia y profesionalismo, a la vez que compartes tus conocimientos y mejores prácticas con colegas menos experimentados. Tu día a día incluirá resolver problemas complejos de clientes, garantizar que se cumplan los estándares de calidad en cada interacción y servir de enlace cuando sea necesario escalar alguna situación especial a niveles superiores. Dado tu perfil sénior, contribuirás también al entrenamiento inicial de nuevos integrantes del equipo, orientándolos en la comprensión de nuestros valores de servicio y en el uso adecuado de las herramientas internas. Este puesto a medio tiempo, totalmente remoto, requiere un dominio impecable del español y el inglés, liderazgo colaborativo y un genuino compromiso con la satisfacción del cliente.
