JOB OVERVIEW:

Support and maintain the integrity of Coton Colors Company through the selling of products and assisting in the store operational needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (but are not limited to):

• Accurately process transactions in a professional manner utilizing the POS system
• Comply with all established company policies and procedures
• Engage the customer through brand awareness and selling of products
• Maintain a clean, organized and inviting environment for the customer
• Provide exemplary customer service

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school graduate
• Prior retail and/or sales experience strongly preferred

• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
• Adaptability to learning brand guidelines and accountability for ensuring brand standards
• Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and using good judgment while resolving issues
• Be enthusiastic, willingness to work hard and have fun!
• Exceptional communication and sales skills
• Learn and maintain an expert knowledge of company brand and products
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance, with the ability to work a flexible schedule based upon needs of the store
• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Understand how to anticipate and respond to customer needs, providing exceptional customer service and hospitality to all guests
• Uphold and exemplify the Coton Colors core values and image
• Ability to move about in a store including climbing ladders and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Ability to withstand constant walking and standing; frequent bending stooping and reaching
