Job Description Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate post-production workflows for both stills and motion assets.
- Manage creative feedback loops with internal leads.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the post team, and the external agency.
- Track and maintain project timelines, milestones, and delivery gates.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings with stakeholders, including VP-level reviews.
- Collaborate with Brand Ops to ensure alignment with brand standards and delivery expectations.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience at the Coordinator level or above in creative production or post-production environments.
- Strong understanding of creative and post workflows (especially in stills and motion).
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
- Able to manage up and maintain momentum across teams.
- Ideally onsite in Portland, but open to remote candidates with strong collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Frame.io, Airtable, or similar project management platforms is a plus.

Skills And Requirements About the Project
- The Product Plus campaign is in its Post-Production phase (Stills & Motion) following a successful shoot in May. This is the second iteration of the campaign, operating under a lean, low-touch model with a fixed budget. We are currently in the selects review phase and moving toward final delivery.
