One of our clients is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide care to adults with IDD (intellectual and developmental disabilities) in a residential setting. This client's programs are located in Northumberland County.

*Receive Weekly Compensation!
*Client's Hourly Compensation Rate: $17 per hour based on relevant experience

CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS
*1st shift- Monday-Friday & Every Other Saturday & Sunday
*2nd shift- Monday-Friday & Every Other Saturday & Sunday

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
*Valid Driver's License REQUIRED
*Accelerated start with proof of TB/Physical within the past 1 year
*Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
*Client negotiable temp to perm opportunity

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF OPPORTUNITY
* Provide support that will enhance Individuals' quality of life.
* Provide personal care management to individuals with developmental disabilities.
* Must be able to complete daily activity notes

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent (some college preferred)
* Minimum of one (1) year experience working with persons with mental and developmental disabilities
* Ability to complete and/or produce requested background clearances
* Experience in community based residential programs (preferred)

Persons with experience in the following roles are welcome to submit their information: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Home Care, Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Companion, Caregiver, Patient Care Technician (PCT), and Direct Care Worker (DCW)
