As a part-time Dishwasher, with the potential for full time hours, at our flagship restaurant on the picturesque Burlington waterfront in Burlington, Vermont, you’ll be a valued and integral part of our team from day one. You’ll have comprehensive, paid training while working with a team that values compassion, community stewardship, accessibility, work ethic, and FUN. We believe hospitality is a team sport, so everyone is expected to work together to ensure smooth operations, a clean restaurant, and do whatever is needed to provide an outstanding guest experience. Dishwasher compensation includes a competitive base wage of $17-$20 plus an average of $2.50/hour from the BOH RevShare program, so your earning potential is $19.50-$22.50 on average, varying with sales volume. When we're busier, your pay goes up!

Dishwasher job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Wash and restock dishes
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Prepare and maintain a clean and safe work area
• Remove trash, compost, and recycling
• Follow sanitation procedures 
• Perform general cleaning and restocking
• Deliver exceptional hospitality to our guests
• Balancing high volume with high quality
• Participating in ongoing training and development
• Work in a team-oriented, collaborative manner
