Overview

We're seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to enhance and automate customer engagement processes within our CRM environment. The ideal consultant will focus on designing and optimizing the customer journey, implementing automated workflows to improve lead conversion and follow-up, and leveraging AI capabilities native to Dynamics 365 to streamline sales and marketing operations.

Responsibilities

Assess current Dynamics 365 CRM setup and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.

Design and implement end-to-end customer journey mapping within CRM.
*

Build and configure Power Automate flows to manage lead nurturing, follow-up sequences, and handoffs.
*

Utilize Dynamics 365 AI tools (e.g., Copilot, AI Builder, predictive lead scoring) to enhance sales productivity and customer engagement.
*

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure automations align with business processes and reporting needs.
*

Provide documentation, training, and light user support during rollout.

Qualifications

*

5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement.
*

Proven experience designing automated workflows and lead management processes.
*

Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI preferred.
*

Strong understanding of CRM data models, sales pipelines, and customer journey orchestration.
*

Familiarity with Dynamics AI features and how to apply them to sales/marketing automation.
*

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
