Job Summary:
HDR is a company committed to fostering a culture of inclusion and employee engagement. They are seeking recent graduates for a rotational development program in transportation engineering, where participants will gain hands-on experience and mentorship across various disciplines.
Responsibilities:
• Support engineering and planning teams with design work, technical analysis, data collection, and field observations
• Assist with quantity calculations, cost estimates, contract administration, and report development
• Gain exposure to intelligent transportation systems, roadway signage, materials testing, and maintenance operations
• Collaborate in team environments while receiving ongoing guidance and mentorship from professionals
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Ability to multitask while working on many projects at once
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred:
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate
• Candidates without their EIT will be placed into a Design Coordinator job code and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression
• Previous AEC internship experience
