We’re seeking an Entry Level Campaign Manager to assist in leading retail marketing campaigns for our clients. This role plays a key part in ensuring campaigns meet client expectations, sales goals are achieved, and customers receive a positive experience. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, is detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and oversee retail marketing campaigns to ensure they align with client objectives

• Deliver excellent customer service and drive product sales

• Track campaign results and make performance improvements as needed

• Collaborate with internal teams and assist with cross-training in marketing and business operations

• Lead and support team members to maintain quality service standards and successful campaign rollouts

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Goal-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively

• Prior customer service, marketing, or supervisory experience is a plus

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and available to work on-site in Richmond, VA
