Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented entry-level Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to service clients in need of Estate Planning and Probate. Candidates must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in Florida or be pending bar results from the Florida Board of Bar Examiners. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical skills and be detailed oriented. If this sounds like you, please apply! Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients and effectively assist them by understanding their needs
• Prepare estate documents such as wills, trusts, and advanced directives
• Prepare and file court documents
• Counsel clients on the implication of different estate planning tools
• Assist clients with estate and trust administration
• Attend necessary court hearings
• Organize and maintain client files
• Collaborate with other attorneys and paralegals

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice in Florida
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Great communication skills and organizational skills
• 0-3 years of associate experience
• Strong drafting and research skills, with the ability to handle estate plans
• Undergraduate degree with a legal background and a Juris Doctor degree are required
• Professional, courteous, and responsive — especially with elderly clients and court-appointed professionals
