About Sam’s Tribe:
Sam’s Tribe is a new, vibrant event brand in NYC bringing people together for unique, unforgettable experiences. We’re building a community of engaged attendees and creating events that leave a lasting impression.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Event & Community Manager to join our founding team. This person will manage event logistics, grow our community, and help shape the brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
Help to plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish, including venue booking, vendors, permits, and day-of management.
Build and engage our community across social media, email, and other platforms.
Drive marketing initiatives, partnerships, and promotions to grow event attendance.
Manage ticketing, RSVPs, and guest communications.
Support operations and administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth event execution.
Collect feedback and optimize future events for improved experiences.

Qualifications:
2+ years experience in event planning, community management, or marketing (startups or lifestyle brands preferred).
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Creative, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for building communities and delivering memorable experiences.
UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Prototyping, Brand Identity, Visual Communication.
