The Event Coordinator will play a central role in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events from conception to completion. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining a professional and solution-oriented mindset. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every event reflects the high standards of Swift7 Consultants.
Responsibilities
Support the planning, logistics, and execution of corporate and private events.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of all event elements.
Prepare event timelines, budgets, checklists, and supporting documentation.
Assist in on-site event management, ensuring smooth operations throughout the event.
Maintain clear communication with clients, addressing needs, updates, and required adjustments.
Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all aspects align with company and client expectations.
Contribute to post-event evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
