The Sales, Events & Marketing Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Sales, Events, Planning and Director of CommercialServices Managers. This will include but not be limited to inquiry management, proposals, generating contracts, creating banquet event orders and billing. This person will also be a liaison between the Event Sales Manager and operations at the property giving Hotel Tours to guests. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor and will feel comfortable interacting directly with guests over the phone or in person when conducting a site tour. The Coordinator may also be the day-of liaison through event set-up, ceremony and reception. The right person will have the ability to learn new computer programs, multitask and complete projects in a timely manner.
