Job Description

Advanced Specialty Care, P.C. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized individual looking to gain experience in healthcare administration while working in a professional, fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain reports.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings.
• Manage executive calendars and ensure appropriate prioritization of appointments.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and distribute meeting minutes.
• Coordinate and assist with company events and special projects.
• Manage pharmacy updates, additions, and downloads within the EMR software.
• Add and update provider information in the EMR system as needed.
• Submit, monitor, and follow up on NextGen support tickets.
• Locate, review, and update company policies and procedures as directed.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry and record maintenance.
• Manage Paylocity functions, including employee timecard oversight and PTO request tracking.

Qualifications:

• Minimum one (1) year of administrative or office experience . 
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to exercise discretion with confidential information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Schedule:

• Full-Time- 40hrs per week

Compensation:

• Salary based on experience.
