An ideal candidate will
Have insatiable curiosity and eagerness to learn
Have a deep sense of ownership and taking responsibility for the outcome
Be fluid in English
Have at least 1 year of experience as a specialty coffee barista
Have very good+ latte art skills and a solid understanding of espresso
Have high emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
Have the ability and eagerness to make clients feel at home and welcome
Pay close attention to detail, especially in making sure our cleanliness and visual presentation are impeccable
Be extremely punctual and reliable
Be comfortable in fast-paced and at times stressful situations
Be very responsive in communicating
Must be able to lift at least 50 lb
Some technical skills and be able to troubleshoot are a plus
Food preparation experience is a plus
