Here at Fifth Set Marketing, we are looking for an energetic and motivated Field Outreach Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving public engagement by connecting with community members face-to-face, presenting charitable campaigns, and inspiring involvement. As a Field Outreach Associate, you’ll collaborate closely with the outreach team to strategize, align on campaign goals, and report progress. Field Outreach Associate Responsibilities:

• Engage with members of the public in the field, presenting charitable campaigns in a clear and compelling way to increase awareness and drive support
• Communicate the mission, impact, and goals of our nonprofit partners to inspire involvement
• Collaborate with the Field Outreach Associate team to align on campaign strategy, outreach goals, and community engagement efforts
• Support and implement awareness-building activities and promotional initiatives
• Participate in daily outreach meetings to share progress, address challenges, and stay aligned as a team
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry of supporter information into the system

Field Outreach Associate Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in outreach, customer-facing roles, or direct engagement preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for traveling to outreach locations
• A positive, resilient attitude with a passion for purpose-driven work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire
• Ability to stand for the duration of shift except for meal breaks and rest periods
