Job Title : Fin Tube Operator Assistant (Helper)

Location:  Tulsa, OK

Schedule: Day Shift, Monday-Friday, 6am-4:30pm

Pay: $16-18/hr DOE

Description :

We are looking for a reliable and driven Fin Tube Operator Assistant to join our manufacturing team. This position plays a key role in assisting Fin Tube Operators in the production of high-quality products in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop skills and advance into a Fin Tube Operator role.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist Fin Tube Operators with the setup, operation, and teardown of equipment.
• Help in loading and unloading materials needed for production, including tubes, fins, and other components.
• Monitor production processes to ensure equipment is running smoothly and notify operators of any issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by following company procedures for safety and cleanliness.
• Help inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Stage materials and packaging for the day’s production needs.
• Assist in packaging of finished products, including materials handling when required.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Fin Tube Operator or supervisor.

Skills and Requirements :

• Strong team player with the ability to follow directions and collaborate with others.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize to meet production deadlines.
• Ability to use measuring tools like tape measures and calipers.
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible with a strong focus on quality and safety.
• Physically able to stand, bend, twist, and lift materials throughout the shift.
• Willingness to learn and develop the skills necessary to become a Fin Tube Operator in the future.

Education/Experience Desired :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with basic mechanical operations or machinery is a plus.
