FULL-TIME COMPENSATION:
- $300,000 to $370,000 Base Salary, negotiable dependent upon experience

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new neurologist will work in a collaborative, dynamic environment with an integrated, multi-disciplinary care team.  This position involves both clinic-based and hospital-based work.  

Physicians are supported by highly-trained clinical assistants and on-site management in comfortable, modern settings.  This includes scribes and staff to perform clinical administrative tasks, ensuring physicians are able to focus solely on patient care.

General duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

- clinic-based neurology care
- hospital-based neurology care
- provide complete, comprehensive clinical care to all patients
- diagnose and treat neurology patients
- provide preventative and healthcare maintenance
- work collaboratively with other providers as a multi-disciplinary team
- provide comprehensive, compassionate care to all patients

Providers see a variable number of patients per day, based upon patient needs and types of appointments scheduled.

The office uses the AthenaHealth EHR.

Physicians with sub-specialty fellowship training in movement disorders, epilepsy, neuro-immunology / multiple sclerosis, cognitive disorders, stroke / vascular, and neuro-oncology are encouraged to apply.

REQUIREMENTS:
- New York medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified or Eligible, Neurology
