Important Entertainment Company is looking for the Senior PM to join them for a Transition Processes, holding a key managerial position within the GBS Team and be part of this important Project into a highly motivated colleague for achieving the goal of transitioning the business processes transition. The PM is primarily responsible for planning, executing, and stabilizing transitions, both on time and budget. This PM will involve working globally with internal and external key stakeholders (e. . , retained Company's organizations and outsource partners) Proven experience Transitioning Process from a GBS by - 1. Transition Planning & Execution - Plan and execute transitions across multiple functions and global locations according to the transition methodology and playbook. Create transition plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements. 2. Workshop Participation - Participate in workshops with executive leadership to develop transition scope, resource requirements, timelines, communication plans and budgets in line with transition methodology and playbook. 3. Liaise With Transition Support Functions - Ensure staffing and infrastructure is in place to effectively execute transition. 4. Transition Status Updates - Keep all parties involved with the transition updated on its progress. Build close rapport with key internal stakeholders and clients. Create reports and presentations to keep executive leadership up to date on transition schedule, budget, and status. 5. Transition Issue Management & Resolution - Spot any transition-related issues and risks and propose effective solutions to resolve them swiftly. Propose recommendations for any requests for transition changes to Transition Director for approval.
