Grocery Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all store operations, including retail, grocery, and wine/beer inventory, merchandising, and staff management
• Lead, train, and develop a team of department managers and associates
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability
• Maintain high customer service standards and resolve customer issues

Requirements:

• 3+ years retail management experience with grocery and wine/beer experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
