Toonen Companies Inc., a regional leader in the development, construction, and management of multifamily apartment communities, is seeking a full-time seasonal Grounds Maintenance Associate to work on our ambitious grounds crew.

Responsibilities:

• General grounds maintenance & landscaping.
• Maintain landscaping, flower beds, and outdoor common areas.
• Remove snow and ice from walkways, parking lots, and entrances.
• Operate and maintain landscaping and snow removal equipment.
• Work outdoors in all seasons to keep properties clean and safe.

Requirements:

• A positive attitude, strong attendance, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Proficient in operating a skid steer, a tool cat, and a mini excavator (preferred).
• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Schedule :

• Monday - Friday.
• Shift 7am - 4pm.
