You'll develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for US-based engineering, business development, and operations professionals interested in sustainable technology careers, create employer branding campaigns that resonate with American values of innovation, entrepreneurship, and environmental leadership, and establish recruitment processes that attract top US talent to international sustainable technology projects.
