As an HVAC Field Supervisor for the HVAC Service Department, you’ll be based out in Manhattan, NY , and serve as a frontline leader in the field. You’ll:
Oversee a team of field technicians working on central air, VRF/VRV systems, and gas furnaces
Plan manpower and support scheduling to ensure excellence in service delivery
Lead escalated service calls and assist with complex troubleshooting
Review incomplete tickets and close the loop on service performance
Mentor and coach technicians through hands-on support and structured performance reviews
Uphold company standards on safety, policy, and technical quality
Manage after-hours coverage and participate in the on-call rotation

8–10+ years of HVAC experience in field service (central air, VRV/VRF, gas furnaces)
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in HVAC service
Universal EPA 608 certification
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and leadership skills
Familiarity with HVAC schematics and service software (ServiceTitan a plus)
