A prestigious international AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate Attorney to join its nationally recognized Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group . This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact patent and trade secret disputes for some of the world’s most innovative companies. The team is known for its success in high-stakes litigation in federal courts across the country, before the International Trade Commission (ITC), and in inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).

The team is known for handling some of the most challenging competitor and PAE patent litigation in the country and has appeared in more than 100 IPR proceedings before the PTAB.
