 Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Owner to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with around 2 years of experience who want to strengthen their expertise in Agile product management, requirement analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
The position includes on-the-job training, project support, interview preparation, and ongoing job support to help you grow into a strong product leader.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements and create detailed user stories.
Maintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring clear priorities aligned with business goals.
Work closely with development, QA, and design teams to ensure features are delivered as per scope and quality standards.
Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives to manage Agile delivery cycles.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and ensure alignment with technical solutions.
Evaluate and track product performance, KPIs, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Support project execution and delivery through effective communication and coordination.
Engage in real-time project support to understand product lifecycle management in a live environment.
Engage in job support and interview preparation sessions to strengthen your technical and professional readiness.

Required Skills:
2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Excellent skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and user story writing.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
