Location : Arlington, VA 22202 Onsite/Hybrid as required)

Work Hours : Full-time (40 hours/week)

Citizenship : U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in configuration, administration, and development of SharePoint Online 365 environment.
• Support migration of content from SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, web parts, content types, and templates.
• Execute and document testing procedures; assist with creating user documentation.
• Collaborate with senior developers and stakeholders to meet functional and security requirements.
• Provide weekly updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Required Skills:

• Practical experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform (configuration, administration, development, deployment).
• Experience with SharePoint 365 and its framework.
• Understanding of SharePoint Search Service and User Profile Service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interpret client requirements.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow structured project plans.
• Solid organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
